2014 Cadillac CTS Specs

The all new 2014 Cadillac CTS is available in the market for base price of $46,025 and offers a better sport luxury sedan experience to the buyers.

2014 Cadillac CTS midsize sedan is available in six main trim levels, Standard, Luxury, Performance, Premium, VSport and VSport Premium. The first four trim levels get 2.0 liter turbocharged four cylinder engine that makes 272 horsepower and 295 lb feet of torque. The car is available in rear wheel drive and all wheel drive and the engine is mated with six speed automatic transmission.

However, Cadillac offers optional 3.6 liter V6 engine that delivers 321 horsepower and 275 lb feet of torque with eight speed automatic transmission for Luxury, Performance and Premium trim levels. On the other hand, the VSport gets 3.6 liter turbocharged V6 engine that produces 420 horsepower and 430 lb feet of torque which is a rear wheel drive car with eight speed automatic transmission.

All the 2014 Cadillac CTS offer 23 mpg combined with rear wheel drive and 22 mpg combined for all wheel drive.
2014 Cadillac CTS also gets better safety features like ABS, traction control, stability control, active front head restraints, front seat side airbags and full length side curtain airbags. It also includes OnStar which is standard on all cars and rear parking sensors.

The interiors of the car is very much like the full size XTS, but Cadillac has made it more sophisticated and luxurious which makes it pleasing to the eye. The car also gets Cadillac User Experience infotainment system along with other cutting edge systems that make the driver experience even better. The cabin experience is spacious and comfortable but it still offers average trunk capacity at only 13.7 cubic feet which falls short of the competition. The new 2014 Cadillac CTS has been revised to live up to the standards set by European rivals.
